Story of the Movie
The Dictator (2012) tells us about a dictator Hafez Aladeen, the last dictator of the world who rules republic of Wadiya with the iron fist. He is basically an egocentric person who is hated by every person in his country. The hatred is even among his confidants. He is constantly trying to stamp his country’s (more particularly his) authorities in every country in the world. So, he has produced Nuclear weapons using scientists of his country and now he is atthe assembly of New York to brag about it. But his enemies assign a look-alike to kill him. The person nabs Alaadin and shaves off the beard and was about to kill him when Alaadin flees. He proceeds with his plan of going to the UN but his double (which is placed by his own men) makes an announcement that Wadia is about to be turned into a democratic country. Alaadin tries out all means necessary to enter but he isn’t allowed inside. Meanwhile, a girl named Zoey takes Alaadin with her and grants him a job at her place. Alaadin accepts the offer though the job doesn’t suit him very well due to his nature. He tries to find his Comrade Nadal and plans to get inside the hotel.
